Defensive Driving Diversion Program
With our Defensive Driving Program, you are able to avoid points being added to your license, as well as having the convenience of being able to attend the class from the comfort of your own home.
After setting up an account, you will enter your ticket information, pay a Non-refundable pretrial intervention fee of $65.00, and take the class. After you finish the class, there is an exam you will need to complete as well.
By utilizing our defensive driving program, you will avoid points on your license, and fines.
You will still be responsible for paying your court costs associated with your ticket.
